  1. The University now runs the following flagship undergraduate programmes: Bachelor of Science in Data Science and Analytics, Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies, Bachelor of Science in Logistics and Transport Management, Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management and Finance, Bachelor of Science in Business Economics, Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Finance, Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science.
  2. The Bachelor of Business Administration programme has no options. Applicants intending to do a first degree programme in Accounting are advised to either opt for Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance.
  3. New postgraduate programmes introduced include: LLM Competition and Consumer Protection Law, LLM Natural Resources and Climate Change Law, LLM International Business and Commercial Law, MA Digital and Strategic Marketing Management, MA Media and Digital Communication Management, MSc Insurance Risk Management, MSc Procurement Management, MSc Pensions Management, MSc Information Systems, MBA Corporate Communication, MPhil Media and Digital Communication Management, MPhil Accounting, MPhil Information Systems, PhD Accounting, PhD International Security and Intelligence, PhD Management, PhD Information Systems, and PhD Interdisciplinary Studies.
  4. Available Sessions:
    (i) Undergraduate Programmes - Regular Session (Level 100 only)
    (ii) Undergraduate Programmes - Evening & Weekend Sessions (Level 100, 200, 300)
    (iii) Diploma Programmes - All sessions available.
  5. Applicants for Level 100 Undergraduate and Diploma programmes writing WASSCE/GBCE/ABCE in July/August 2025 are eligible to apply. Indicate WASSCE/GBCE/ABCE index numbers and subjects on the online form.
  6. All UPSA graduates (including October 2025 graduands) should indicate their STUDENT ID NUMBER on the online application forms.
  7. Mature applicants must visit the Admissions Office (Room 7, Seidu Mustapha Wing) for registration for mature access course and examinations after online submission.
  8. All applications will be considered based on results equivalents and requirements as provided by Ghana Tertiary Education Commission (GTEC) as well as the University's own admission criteria.
  9. All applications must be submitted online at https://www.upsasip.com/adm-area upon purchase of UPSA ON-LINE SERIAL NUMBER (OSN).
  10. Note that a change of programme after the submission of the application will not be possible.
  11. CAUTION: Be mindful of persons promising admission for a fee. The UPSA admission process is transparent.
  12. CLOSING DATES:
    - Mature Applicants: Friday, 4th July, 2025
    - Post First Degree LLB: Friday, 18th April, 2025
    - Masters Regular & Distance: Friday, 22nd August, 2025
    - PhD: Friday, 30th May, 2025
    - Undergraduate (Top-up): Friday, 22nd August, 2025
    - WASSCE, 4-Year LLB, & Others: To be announced.
